This technology holds great promise for treating neurological disorders, enhancing cognitive functions, and managing mental health. This article reviews the applications of bioinformatics in neuroregulation, analyzes its significance and challenges, and discusses prospects for future advancements. The article traces the development and key types of neuroregulation technology, focusing on bioinformatics’ role in big data processing, biosignal analysis, brain network modeling, and personalized medical interventions. It also presents clinical and basic research case studies.
