Social intelligence has become a hot topic of research today, and the impact of social intelligence on individual academic
performance is being widely studied. This study focuses on self-identity and self-efficacy in social intelligence. It
reviews their implications for academic burnout to help predict academic achievement and generate methods that may
alleviate academic burnout and improve academic performance.
